Position Description:

This position is responsible for the management and complete oversight of financials (analysis), marketing/sales and operational execution for assigned business. Candidate must be able to set and lead business groups to achieve goals. Candidate must be able to utilize database tools to drive strategic planning and program execution through detailed analysis. He/She must be able to drive client initiatives and look for strategic ways to expand the business. This position involves a combination of marketing/sales, finance and operational focus and is the primary AIG contact to the client.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Financial analysis, forecasting, and P&L management.

  • Sales experience and quantifiable growth of revenue through Direct Marketing programs and other channels

  • Program Strategy Development / Implementation

  • Build and maintain customer relationships

  • Ability to work with all business functions and build an environment of teamwork that communicates effectively and drives performance within all levels of the organization. This includes Technology, Project Management, Operations, Finance, and Training.

  • Vendor management experience inclusive of contract negotiation and full oversight of executing to contractual terms.

  • Continuous competitive analysis to identify industry trends and opportunities for existing client expansion

  • Understanding of standard financial reporting.

  • Prepare customer presentations and assist with any large client negotiations.

  • Develop and deliver reporting required by client.

Position Requirements:

Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Strong P&L, Finance and Operations acumen, including ROI

  • Strong negotiation and customer relationship building skills.

  • Results oriented, able to work well under pressure.

  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.

  • Advanced Excel skills

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong PC skills including PowerPoint and Word.

  • Professional attitude, enthusiastic, and reliable.

  • Must be able to travel up to 40% of the time.

Beneficial Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Insurance claims experience, including loss management and reporting

  • Cross-functional work experience in marketing, sales, operations or finance.

  • Project management certification

  • Direct Marketing of consumer goods

Education/Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • 5-7 years’ experience in client management with high level of financial analysis
