Multiple full-time positions are available to join Heartland as a Customer Advocate in our world-class call center. Paid training for these positions will begin the middle of June. We are hiring for the following shifts:

11:00 am - 8:00 pm - Sunday to Thursday

11:00 am - 8:00 pm - Tuesday to Saturday

10:30 am - 9:30 pm - Friday to Monday (off every Tues, Wed, Thurs)

Training is 6 weeks long, Monday - Friday from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. These positions pay $15.00 per hour and are eligible for our comprehensive benefits package and shift differential.

Customer Advocates are the "face" of Heartland to our valued merchants. In an inbound call center environment, they help our customers with batch closure problems, troubleshooting terminals, research of complaints, some fraud investigation, data entry, and general communication with merchants to help them understand payment processing and how to use their terminal correctly. Customer Advocates are accountable for developing a strong knowledge of products, procedures, and technologies and delivering one-call resolutions. A successful candidate will be enthusiastic, team oriented, possess a winning attitude, and have a passion for providing a world-class customer experience with each phone call.
