Kforce Accounts Receivable Coordinator in Louisville, Kentucky

Kforce has a client that is searching for an Accounts Receivable Coordinator in Louisville, KY.Duties Include:

  • Maintains and follows accounts receivable policies, procedures and controls for Assisted Living Facilities

  • Provides accurate and timely billing files and statements to communities or Residents based on standard billing dates or as needed based on sales activity or current resident needs; turn around not to exceed (1) day

  • Manages annual Resident lease renewal and related rate increase notification process

  • Prepares monthly Resident care billings

  • Provides assistance to Business Office Coordinators and Executive Directors in the Assisted Living Facilities in order to achieve accurate revenue recognition

  • Advise AR Manager of Accounts Receivable discrepancies or issues in revenue, policies, statements

  • Provides assistance to Business Office Coordinators and Executive Directors in the Assisted Living Facilities in order to achieve accurate revenue recognition

  • Review of standard monthly aging reports for communities assigned

  • Provides assistance to communities in their daily, weekly and monthly tasks

  • Completes the month end processes for all assigned communities and assists when team members are out

  • Processes needing prior period adjustments and write offs where deemed necessary, making sure that appropriate back up is obtained

  • Provides relief for switchboard/reception, as needed

  • Supports and maintains a team work/support culture among the accounts receivable group

  • Build and manage working relationships with both internal and external Customer base to provide the highest quality of service

  • Completes all mandatory compliance, HIPAA and state and federal regulatory training as required

  • Maintains appropriate degree of confidentiality

  • Performs other duties as assigned and which relate to the success of the company and the Care, Comfort, and Happiness of their residents

  • Two to four years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • The ideal candidate will have similar skills and abilities to perform the duties listed above
