  • Data entry of cycle counts

  • Monitor reporting & freight website for exceptions

  • Issue POs as needed for machine freight, finance charges, office supplies, etc.

  • Resolution of on-hold supplier invoices & past due invoices

  • Provide invoice & PO information to GBS for processing

  • Process emergency payments paperwork

  • New supplier set up & maintenance on existing suppliers in the system

  • Reception/phones & Mail Sort for the location

  • Review and analysis of department costs

  • PO cost validation prior to processing.

  • Accounting experience preferred; A/R, A/P, Invoicing, P&L

  • Site fleet managment coordinator

  • Other administrative duties as assigned


Basic Qualifications:

  • A high-school diploma or equivalent is required

  • Must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in an office setting and/or business environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Must be self-directed, motivated and detail-oriented with exceptional organization skills.

  • Strong orientation towards quality, safety and continuous improvement.

  • Must have excellent problem solving and communication skills

  • Can work independently and in a team environment.

  • Ability to relate well to a wide variety of people in a professional and diplomatic manner.

  • Ability to work well in a demanding environment and in situations where a calm and positive demeanor is required.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with frequent interruptions and still meet schedule deadlines.

  • Experience with MS Suite of Office Products and Outlook is required.

  • Accounting experience preferred; A/R, A/P, Invoicing, P&L
