This team does field support work for approximately 100 clients in the Metro Louisville area. We are looking for an A+ Certified Field Service Technician local to the 80 mile radius around Louisville (zip code 40220).

Work includes laptop, desktop, and printer support. Work Schedule will be M-F, 8-5, and participation in a rotating on-call schedule which includes weekends and holidays. (On-call is overtime.)


  • Maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs computer systems, hardware and computer peripherals

  • Documents, maintains, upgrades or replaces hardware and software systems

  • Supports and maintains user account information including rights, security and systems groups

  • Trains employees, identifies, analyzes, and repairs product failures, orders and replaces parts as needed

  • Determines and recommends which products or services best fit the customers' needs

  • Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job

  • Works under immediate supervision


  • CompTIA A+ required

  • Desktop and laptop OEM support experience required

  • Experience supporting printers or MFDs (multi-function displays) required

  • Must be a self-motivated professional, able to work independently and with a sense of urgency

  • Background and driving record check required
