Maintenance Repair Technicians - Levels II & III

Recondition Technicians enhance and maintain customer satisfaction by properly preparing all cold drink equipment for installation and setting up all dispensing equipment. Works with and assists all areas of equipment services to maintain a high level of customer service.

(Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7am-3:30pm)

Recondition Technician II:

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare equipment for installation following CCBCC set up procedures including:

o Inspection/setup of electrical system, lower cabinet, upper cabinet and inner door

o Complete final inspection including ensuring proper decals are used

o Set timers, prices, installing locks, lock covers, asset # tags

  • Troubleshoot equipment and replace/repair any and all parts necessary

  • Install all ancillary items such as Remote Desktop Protocol software, Wide Area Network/Local Area Network devices, security locks, as needed

  • Ensure that the highest quality inspections are performed on all equipment

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalency

  • Basic level technical (electrical & troubleshooting) and mechanical skills

  • Ability to work with minimal supervision

  • Ability to work in various positions such as squatting, kneeling, bending, stooping and standing on concrete floor

Recondition Technician III:

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare equipment for installation following CCBCC set up procedures including Inspection/setup of electrical system, lower cabinet, upper cabinet and inner door

  • Service equipment to the standard set by the company and manufacturer

  • Ensure equipment is functioning accurately. Diagnose and repair/replace any non-operable parts such as computer boards, refrigeration decks, compressors, doors, gaskets, etc.

  • Sand and paint cold drink equipment to company standards

Requirements:

  • Ability to learn how to properly sand and paint cold drink equipment

  • Able to pass and obtain a basic refrigeration certification

  • General knowledge mechanical aptitude and experience troubleshooting

  • High School Diploma or equivalency

  • Basic electrical and computer skills

  • Ability to move objects of 100 lbs. or more

Desired Skills:

  • Level I Refrigeration Certification

  • Painting with an Air Gun

  • Soft drink industry knowledge

  • Equipment Services experience

  • Desired SAP knowledge/experience
