Proactively manages and grows PCG (Private Client Group) client portfolio with relationship development tactics and activities that result in increased revenue; including but not limited to targeted sales calls, client profiling, needs based networking, developing referral sources and community visibility. Builds long-term relationships with existing clients and adds new client relationships to existing book of business. Acting as counselor and advisor to the Affluent Client, this position primarily manages an existing book of business and is responsible for retaining, managing, and developing client relationships and providing a high level of customer service to the Affluent Banking client base either at retail branch locations or from a centralized PCG Main location. Handles day-to-day client transactions and problem resolution in compliance with banking regulations, policies and procedures, credit quality and credit policy requirements. Responsible for understanding credit policy, minimizing loss exposure and risk management.
This position requires National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration under the terms of the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z. You will be subject to the required registration process, which includes a criminal background and credit check. Failure to meet or maintain any of the NMLS registration requirements, including maintaining a satisfactory criminal and credit record, may result in a rescission of your offer or termination of employment.
Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
Three to five years of credit and financial service industry experience, preferably with the Affluent segment
Strong relationship management skills
Proven business development expertise and success
Thorough knowledge of private banking products and services, including credit processes
Thorough knowledge of Wealth Management products and services
Strong lending skills
Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to make critical decisions independently and exercise good judgment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Minimum of Series 6, 63, Life and Health Licensing or willingness to obtain
