Kforce has a client that is seeking a Project Coordinator in Louisville, Kentucky (KY).Overview:The Client Digital Solutions Team is seeking a Team Coordinator to drive and assist in the management of team deliverables and organization. The Digital Solutions Team provides user experience, visual design, and business analysis and product management for the client's digital assets. They work on large-scale transformative projects in a fast-paced, high-energy Agile environment and a successful Coordinator will take a leadership role in ensuring that the team's processes and interactions are streamlined, efficient, and focused on the work for which we provide expertise.A successful Coordinator has exceptional written and oral presentation skills, continues to drive towards results in a complex environment, and can prioritize among diverse needs and opinions. This Coordinator brings passion to getting it done, and enables the team to focus on their core expertise around providing great solutions to complex problems.Essential Duties:

  • Assist team leadership with general team organization and administration, as well as development and optimizing work processes

  • Assist with the development and monitoring of team workflow and process

  • Manage internal team projects as well as team deliverable timelines associated with all digital projects

  • Identify and prioritize opportunities for process improvement

  • Analysis of schedule, regarding resources, costs and task completion

  • Facilitate recurring team status meetings - covering key accomplishments, upcoming activities, decisions, risks, issues, action items, etc.

  • Identify and understand cross-team dependencies and risks, coordinating with respective teams as applicable

  • Organize and maintain information repositories, including SharePoint

  • Assist with the management of with external vendors, their resources and deliverables

  • Ensure compliance with internal systems and processes

  • Postsecondary degree or diploma in Business, Computer Science or Marketing or the equivalent experience demonstrated by progressive responsibilities

  • PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification

  • Experience with Agile methodology

  • Experience working with remote teams

  • Experience working in a range of business areas (e.g., information technology, marketing, etc.)

  • High-level of competence in MS Office and MS Project

  • Detail oriented

  • Obsessively organized

  • Diplomatic with strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills

  • Comfortable driving teams and management to decisions - willing to push-back for information and answers
