What You’ll Be Doing:
This position is responsible for coordinating business and technical projects, quality and process improvement initiatives that support the organizations short term and long term strategic goals and organization wide project management activities.
Uses appropriate project management tools and techniques to meet project requirements.
Directs and manages project development through the entire project management lifecycle.
Defines full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.
Develops full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.
Effectively communicates project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.Acts as a project manager champion.
Trains other employees in project management concepts, tools and techniques. This includes formal classroom and ad hoc training.
Assists in defining standards and methods used throughout the plan for project management.
Effectively applies project management processes and methodology and enforces project standards through effective support, communication and training.Actively supports the project selection for the Business Excellence Support Team (BEST).
Communicates effectively with key stakeholders to identify needs and evaluate alternative businesssolutions.
Continually seeks opportunities to increase customer satisfaction.
Suggests areas for improvement internal processes along with possible solutions.
Coordinates and assists teams/task forces.
Provides effective business process solutions to meet or exceed internal and external customer servicelevel agreements and expectations.Performs other duties and projects as assigned.Key Competencies/Success Factors:

This position primarily works in a climate controlled based setting. The noise level and the work environment are moderately quiet.
Finishing Touches (Preferred):
Education, Training and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in health care or business management related field preferred.
• Formal Process Improvement/Management Training preferred.
• 2-4 years of experience in healthcare delivery with clinical or service quality/process improvement preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience as a Project Manager or comparable experience preferred.
Licenses, Registrations or Certifications:
• Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) preferred.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
