Kforce has a client that is currently searching for a Quality Assurance / Process Improvement / Security / Audit Consultant in Louisville, Kentucky (KY).Overview:The EIP Access Management is the client entity responsible for providing centralized security administration services to provision all account access (user and system) for the entire company on all platforms and in all environments. EIP-AM is responsible for adopting sound control measures and policies, and for establishing and mainlining practical and sustainable Information Technology (IT) security administrative controls.The role of the Quality Assurance Analyst will be to verify and report on EIP-AM standard of provisioning access to key systems. This standard includes verification of business request, proper management and / or resource owner approval, and accurate provisioning of the access requested. The candidate will be responsible for the continued process improvement methodology for access management. They will strive for actionable strategies that will achieve desired business outcomes.Duties:

  • Provide improvement plan by identifying issues and opportunities within the business

  • Accomplishes EIP-AM and organizational missions by competing related results as needed

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Security or a related field is desired

  • 5 years of technical support experience

  • Direct applicable information protection experience

  • Experience in access provisioning

  • Experience with MS Excel and Access

  • Strong business and technical acumen

  • Supportive of departmental objectives and goals

  • Proven ability to employ focus, attention to detail, and time management skills

  • Ability to communicate at all levels with clarity and precision both written and verbal

Role Desirables:

  • Experience with the EIP central approvers database (CAD) navigation and features

  • Familiarity with the EIP-AM approval workflow change process (AWCP)

  • ITIL or Six Sigma experience for process improvement

  • Auditing experience
