In this Position you will be Responsible for: * Responsible for growing sales, maintaining detailed technical/product knowledge and assisting dealer base and sales staff with the presale design of systems products * Process customer and branch requests for assistance on presale design of systems related products in the form of written quotes * Researching best in class product solutions from a wide variety of vendor product * Operating in a call-center environment responding to customer and branch from phone and email requests * Maintaining a detailed daily log of all telephone and quote activities * Supporting a learning culture by actively participating in various educational activities

Minimum Qualifications Required: * High School Diploma or GED * One year sales or technical experience

Additional Qualifications Preferred: * Sales experience in a retail or distribution environment * Industry knowledge: CCTV, IP, AV technologies, Security, Fire, as well as project sales experience * Ability to learn quickly, process high call volume, and think outside the box * Strong work ethic, do what it takes to get the job done-approach, while maintaining high business ethical standards * Strong customer service, organization, and multi-tasking abilities * Strong communication skills, both verbal and written * Self motivated, able to work independently without close supervision, and have a team mentality * Goal oriented * Professional appearance and demeanor * Positive can-do attitude * Familiar with Excel, Word, and Outlook
