Previous physician office or similar experience required.

Front and back office duties. Back office clinical duties include but not limited to: physician assisting, venipuncture, injections, EKG, CLIA regulations, PFTs and general lab duties. Front office duties to include: answering telephone, medical records filing and pulling charts, handling patient requests. Scheduling, pre-certifications and prior authorizations. Job includes many multi-tasking and ability to prioritize. Must be familiar with CLIA/OSHA regulations. Must have excellent customer relations and interpersonal skills with all ages. Ability to prioritize in a fast paced environment. Requires some schedule flexibility.
