Kforce has a client that is seeking a Business Analyst - HR / Payroll / CRM in Louisville, Kentucky (KY). Summary: Our client is seeking an Analyst with experience in related disciplines or with functional experience in an HR / Payroll help desk ticket tracking system to operate as part of a development team to collect and analyze business requirements, identify system solutions, and perform design, development, and systems implementation activities. Our client operates SAP CRM as its HR / Payroll help desk ticket tracking system. General Tasks, Duties, and Responsibilities:

  • Performs and documents system configuration

  • Prepares / coordinates technical reports, process documentation, test plans and execution, training needs assessment, and implementation plans

  • Participates in technical requirements and design sessions

  • Continually enhances knowledge and awareness of industry standards, trends and best practices in order to strengthen the project and / or technical team

  • Provides on-call support as needed

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • 2 years progressive experience in the Information Technology environment

  • 1 years functional experience with HR / Payroll business processes

  • Experience with SAP or a help desk tracking system is preferred, but not required

  • Knowledge of the HCM business area including personnel data administration, organizational management, compensation administration, employee development / performance improvement management, and requirements for regulatory compliance

  • Experience managing small projects

  • Basic level of technical knowledge of development, testing methodologies, business applications and database and data processing related to the areas being supported

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with others to achieve results

  • Self-directed and motivated

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong organizational skills
