Your essential responsibilities in this role include:
Perform and document system configuration. Prepare/coordinate technical reports, process documentation, test plans and execution, training needs assessment, and implementation plans.
Participate in technical requirements and design sessions.
Continually enhance knowledge and awareness of industry standards, trends and best practices in order to strengthen the project and/or technical team.
Provide on-call support as needed.

2+ years progressive experience in the Information Technology environment.
1+ years functional experience with HR / Payroll business processes.
Experience with SAP or a help desk tracking system is preferred but not required.
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
Knowledge of the HCM business area – including personnel data administration, organizational management, compensation administration, employee development / performance improvement management, and requirements for regulatory compliance.
Experience managing small projects.
Basic level of technical knowledge of development, testing methodologies, business applications and database and data processing related to the areas being supported
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with others to achieve results.
Self-directed and motivated.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills.
