Customer Service Ambassador

Job Description:

  • Provide customer service to guests who are touring the site

  • Answer questions from customers, assist with company products and check identification

  • Complete training and orientation to learn about the company's values, history and its products

  • Conduct tours of the facility for interested groups

  • Handle sales transactions of products

  • Maintain accurate inventory count of merchandise

  • Organize product displays and ensure that they are well stocked

  • Answer phone calls and arrange tour group schedules

  • Handle outbound shipments

Qualifications:

  • Must be comfortable working on feet and lifting products

  • Ability to multi-task

  • Must be able to work nights and weekends

  • Previous customer service experience and background in hospitality preferred

  • Bachelor's degree preferred

  • Tour guide or retail experience a plus

Additional Details:

  • Part time position

  • Long-term contract

  • Thursday - Saturday evening shifts starting at 5pm

  • Pay is $15/hr

  • Located in downtown Louisville, KY
