HERE’S ATASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
PrioritizingCommunication - efficiently plan and trackpredictive and corrective maintenance activities and ensure equipmentreliability adheres to plan and meets reliability metrics
TechnicalSupport - provide technical & problem solving care forrecurring problems and serve as primary back-up to Maintenance Supervisor
OwnersMindset – collection and quality of alldata(accuracy, timing, etc)and auditing maintenance conformance with lean manufacturing principles
Managing and Selecting -suppliers/contractors, ordering and allocating parts for specific workorders
YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS
Required:
High School Diploma or GED
Experience participating in lean manufacturing eventsand managing lean project initiatives
The ability to prioritize and manage multiple competingrequests while maintaining a culture of accountability and execution
Ability to effectively communicate and problem solve
Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate others and workwith employees at all levels of the organization
Strong technical aptitude and proficiency in Microsoftoffice
Bonus Points:
BA/BS and frequently demonstrated manufacturingexperience
Significant proven experience using SAP
Experience working within a Union environment
Proficiency in planning/analysis, cost accounting andcontrol
Experience in the Food & Beverage industry
