Be a key supporter in cutting-edge Healthcare technology! Humana is seeking a telephony program Business Intelligence analyst through the deployment, ongoing management, and maintenance of a new, hosted IVR. This is an exciting opportunity for BI professionals to make key contributions to the evolution and transformation of the company’s critical contact infrastructure. .

The Enterprise Shared Services (ESS) team focuses supporting Humana’s Service Operations. The Enterprise Voice Program, in ESS, team is searching for a Business Intelligence professional focused on converting data to actionable insights that our business partners can leverage to reduce administrative cost and improve the customers’ experiences. The role will focus on Service data infrastructure and Reporting and Data Visualization and Analytics. The ideal candidate will:

• Analyze data related to current and future state IVR platforms and analyze other related telephony data points

• Understand, through data analytics, how system activities impact business operations and customers’ experiences

• Present findings and conclusions clearly and concisely

• Collaborate with other departments and leaders to design the appropriate measurement strategy to support the business needs

• Possess a proven ability to present solutions using both technical and non-technical models and results

• Be service-driven to internal and external customers

• Be an innovative thinker with an innate curiosity around data

• Be self-motivated and possess the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

• Possess the capacity to maintain confidentiality and work independently

Role Essentials:

  • Bachelor Degree (Quantitative discipline a plus)

  • 3 years of experience in an analytic role

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Proven results with Data Visualization tools - Tableau, SSRS, etc.

  • Familiarity with relational databases - Oracle, DB2, T- SQL, etc.

Role Desirables

  • Master’s Degree

  • At least 2 years of customer service and/or call center operations experience

  • Healthcare or other complex environment experience

  • 2 years of professional experience working with voice technologies;

  • Experience analyzing Natural Language;
